These terms govern use of blomdahl.ae and orders placed through the website. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Information and Returns & Exchanges Policy. BEFORE YOU ORDER
Product images, measurements and colours are presented as accurately as reasonably practical, but screens, photography and manufacturing tolerances may create minor variations that do not amount to a defect. All orders are subject to stock, payment, fraud and delivery checks. An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for a legitimate reason, including stock error, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error or inability to deliver; any amount actually captured for a cancelled order will be refunded as required by law.
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams and include 5% UAE VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery and cash-on-delivery fees, when applicable, are shown before order placement. We may correct obvious display or pricing errors before dispatch and may withdraw promotions subject to their published conditions and applicable law. Once an order has been validly accepted, we will not increase its agreed product price retrospectively except where required by law. An electronic transaction record or invoice will be provided where required by applicable law.
Customers must create an account and verify their email address before checkout. By ordering, you confirm that you have legal capacity to contract, that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for promptly updating inaccurate delivery or contact information.
Electronic payment availability depends on the active Network International / N-Genius and other approved merchant integrations. Cash on delivery, when offered, carries the displayed service fee. Payment methods may be changed, restricted or temporarily unavailable for operational, security, compliance or provider reasons. We may request reasonable verification before dispatch and may cancel transactions reasonably suspected to be unauthorised, abusive or fraudulent, subject always to applicable law.
AFTER YOU ORDER
DELIVERY
We deliver within the UAE only. Published delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Delays may result from incorrect or incomplete addresses, recipient unavailability, remote locations, public holidays, courier disruption, regulatory events or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing in this clause removes any statutory remedy that applies where a delay legally entitles the customer to cancel or obtain a refund.

Our voluntary 30-day return and exchange arrangements apply only to eligible items and are subject to the published Returns & Exchanges Policy. They operate in addition to, and do not replace or reduce, any mandatory remedy for defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrect or misdescribed products under applicable UAE law.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape or copy protected brand material for commercial use, submit malicious content, place fraudulent orders or use the website in violation of law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
