RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

All Blomdahl customers have the right to exchange or return within 30 days of receiving the products.

You can return any goods you have purchased from Blomdahl for a refund or exchange as long as they are still in their original condition with all original packaging (And not used, even if partially) within 30 days of when you received them.

According to the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates.

Refunds:

Please note shipping fees and Cash on delivery fees are non refundable and will not be included in the refunded amount.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

-In case you select cash one delivery option when you make your order The amount is saved as a balance through your account on the Blomdahl website .

-In case you select pay by card :the amount is returned to your card, knowing that this process may sometimes take from 10-20 days for the money to be returned to your account.

Exchanges:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange

Once the returned items are approved for exchange we will dispatch the items that you have selected as an exchange

If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send you your items back and explain the reason for refusal.

Returns and Exchanges Charge

when you reqoust Returns or Exchanges you have to bay the shipping cost of  35AED

Discounts and Awards items :

The amounts of the products sold at a reduced price or that are subject to a discount cannot be refunded, but they can be exchanged for another product within 30 days from the date of receipt.

In all cases, goods sent as awards  cannot be returned, but they can be exchanged.

Goods sold at a reduced price or subject to discount or awards can be exchanged for another product within 30 days from the date of receipt.
