What makes BLOMDAHL jewellery skin-friendly?
BLOMDAHL jewellery is developed in consultation with skin specialists and uses carefully selected materials such as medical-grade titanium and medical plastic.
Do you sell ear piercing services online?
No. BLOMDAHL UAE is an online delivery store for jewellery. The office is not a retail or piercing location.

Do I need an account?
Yes. Create your account and verify your email address before checkout. This helps protect your orders and lets you follow their status.
Which payment methods are available?
Card payments and supported digital wallets will be provided through Network International / N-Genius after the merchant account is connected. Cash on delivery is also planned, with an additional AED 10 fee. Tabby availability depends on the separately approved Tabby merchant integration.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Displayed prices include 5% UAE VAT.
DELIVERY & RETURNS

Where do you deliver?
We deliver orders across all seven emirates. Delivery normally takes 24–72 hours.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs AED 20 for merchandise subtotals of AED 200 or less. Delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal is above AED 200.
Can I collect from the office?
No. We are delivery-only and do not offer customer collection.
How long do I have to return an eligible item?
You have 30 days from receipt, subject to the hygiene, condition and packaging rules in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
